A First Introduction to R
- R For Kids : A very basic
introduction to the R package, written for middle and high school
students and their teachers.
- After you have downloaded and installed R, you can try
some of the examples described in the "Using R" link above.
Obtaining R for Windows
- Download R here , click
on
the icon on your Desktop and follow the resulting instructions.
- If you have trouble installing R, you can find help
here
- If you use a Mac or some other operating system, you can find
instructions by clicking on the "R Links" button at the top of
this page.
A Package Containing R Tricks
- The "Using R" button at the top of this page will lead
you to some ways that you can use R. Installing this R Tricks
package will help you avoid having to do a lot of cutting and
pasting of R code.
