PROB 3.2 probability calculator A simple p-value calculator, for Normal, Student's t, F and Chi-square distributions. Updated for NT/Win2K compatibility (and fixed a silly keyboard entry bug). Version for Linux (needs Borland Kylix versions of QT libraries): prob3.gz

CUTNPASTE: A program for saving images from the screen to a file. WARNING: this is an EXE file with no documentation. It has lots of bugs in it!

DJMRGL: A Windows-only package for R for displaying 3D objects using OpenGL. Version 0.5.17

NB: This package was renamed from RGL to DJMRGL in April, 2003: the name RGL is being used
by a cross-platform 3D graphics package being developed jointly with Daniel Adler. I have brought most of the DJMRGL features into it, and retired DJMRGL.

A 32 bit Windows build of rgl is temporarily available here. The source is rgl_0.92.798.tar.gz and the 32 bit Windows binary for R 2.12.1 is rgl_0.92.798.zip.

TINT (version 0.4): A simple MS Windows program to edit the colours in graphic files (BMP, JPG).

load.patch A patch to the R trunk (revision 37597, March 2006) to show byte offsets of items as they are loaded from saved binary images.

patchDVI: This is a package to set source links from .dvi files to Sweave .Rnw files. Requires R 2.6.0 or greater. (Versions 0.5+ change the format of the concordance, so are not compatible with previous versions.)

tabular package: This is a package to simplify production of tables in the R console and in Sweave documents. It has been renamed to "tables", and moved to R-forge
